On-Site Cart Service

  • $550 pricing includes 1 hour of cart service for up to 60 guests. For guest count greater than 60, additional servings will be $7.50 each. If your guest count is 150 or more, an additional hour of service is recommended.

    -Choose up to 4 "Always" flavors

    -At least 1 dedicated server

    -Includes spoons, cups and toppings (sprinkles & Oreos)

    -1 hour of service included. Each additional hour can be added for $100/hr to be billed on a second and final invoice after the event (if applicable).

    -60 servings included. Any servings above 60 is $7.50/ea to be billed on a second and final invoice after the event (if applicable).

  • Getting started is simple. You can select the “Book Now” button above and we’ll get all of the information for your event + collect payment information. Once your event is confirmed we’ll charge your form of payment.

  • Yes, we can serve indoors and outdoors. Our cart is relatively small in size and can fit through most standard doorframes and elevators.

  • In most cases, no. If we’re serving for 4 hours or less our carts do not require any power.

  • While we prefer to have at least 1 week’s notice, we try to accommodate requests at least 2 days out. If you’re interested in booking an event with a quick turnaround, please fill out the event detail form and we’ll try our best to confirm your event.

  • You can select up to 4 of our “Always” Flavors, listed below. For a more detailed description of each flavor please visit the Flavors & Menu tab on our website.

  • If your event is canceled, you may reschedule for a different date and/or time subject to availability. If Cosmic Ice Cream Co. is required to cancel your event, a full refund will be issued to the original form of payment.
